Note: Some chemicals require additional documentation (e.g., NEA licenses).
How do I place an order?

- Browse and add products to your cart.
- Submit any required documentation (if prompted).
- Proceed to checkout and complete payment.
How do I request a bulk or custom order?
For large quantities, recurring orders, or custom formulations, contact marketing@reactivo.com.sg or use the Inquiry Form on the product page.
What does Reactivo specialize in?
Are your chemicals certified and compliant?
Yes. All chemicals and reagents comply with relevant industry standards and come with:
- Certificates of Analysis (CoA)
- Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS)

What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept PayNow and Credit Card only.
After placing your order, you’ll be shown a PayNow QR code and UEN details for payment.
Please ensure you:
- Complete payment within the designated timeframe
- Use your Order Number as the payment reference
Orders not paid within the timeframe may be automatically cancelled.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of chemical and laboratory products, returns are limited and subject to strict
conditions.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you believe there’s an issue, contact us within the
designated timeframe so we can assist you promptly.
